Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, we'll get your glow to you.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Delivery time

United States: typically 7–15 business days after processing.
International: typically 10–20 business days after processing, depending on destination and local carriers.

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally extend delivery times.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. Customs processing can also add time to delivery.

Tracking your order

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking number hasn't updated within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, email us at office@realaxa.com and we'll look into it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute packages once shipped, and we can't refund orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an address error, email us immediately — if the order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, check with household members and neighbors, and allow 2 additional days (carriers sometimes mark packages early). Still missing? Email office@realaxa.com and we'll make it right.
